Appleton Creamery

Georges Highland is a mountain-style cheese made from sheep milk. St. Bridget, a washed rind cheese made with goat’s milk or a blend of cow and goat milk. Feta is made from sheep or goat milk or a blend. Available seasonally at local farmers' markets and holiday mail order.

Bellwether Farms

Carmody Reserve is a cow’s milk; semi hard cheese aged a minimum of 3 months. San Andreas, a sheep’s milk; semi hard cheese aged a minimum of 3 months. Pepato, a sheep’s milk; semi hard cheese aged a minimum of 3 months. Limited national distribution and website. Contact Diana and Liam Callahan.

Bravo Farms

Tulare Cannonball follows a 500-year-old Edam recipe and ages 6 months, capturing a creamy texture. Premium White Cheddar, Western Sage Cheddar and Original Chipotle Cheddar are raw milk artisan Cheddars. Silver Mountain Clothbound Cheddar is a bandage-wrapped Cantal Manchego cross, rubbed with olive oil, aged over 9 months. All are made from raw Jersey milk. Capriole

Old Kentucky Tomme is a 5-pound wheel with a gray/white rind. Mont St. Francis, a 2½ -pound washed rind wheel. Julianna, a 1-pound naturally rinded wheel with herbes de Provence.  All are made from goat milk and are available year round both locally and nationally from Judy Schad.

Chapel's Country Creamery

Chapel’s Country Creamery cheeses are made from raw milk of grazing Jersey and Holstein cows. Regular Cheddar is aged 2-6 months. Crab Spice Cheddar is a young Cheddar with crab seasoning. Talbot Reserve Cheddar is cave-aged one year. Chapelle is a bloomy rind, moist cheese. Sold at Maryland and Delaware farmers markets.

Coonridge Organic Goat Cheese

Organic Raw Milk Feta in jars in brine or organic garlic oil or with organic herbs is available year round. In fall and winter we sell organic raw milk hard cheeses which we make only in spring and summer, aging for at least 4 months.

Mozzarella Company

Blanca Bianca is a washed rind, cow’s milk cheese. Bathed daily with white wine while aging, the luscious 1½-pound wheels have a smooth and creamy paste and earthy flavors of wine and natural yeasts.  The pungent rind’s pinkish hue comes from natural b. linens. Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company

Point Reyes Original Blue is a classic-style blue cheese handcrafted on the Giacomini family’s California dairy farm from Grade A, antibiotic and hormone-free raw cow’s milk, Penicillium Roqueforti, salt and enzymes. Aged a minimum of 6 months, Point Reyes Original Blue is gluten-free and kosher-certified. Moonglo is a washed rind tomme-style goat cheese washed with Moonglo pear leaf tea and ripening cultures. Prairie Fruits Farm Moonglo is sold in farmers markets, cheese shops and select restaurants located in Illinois, in and near Urbana and Chicago.

Redwood Hill Farm Raw Milk Feta: traditional Mediterranean goat milk feta cured in a sea salt and water brine. Gravenstein Gold: a 3-pound wheel with a bright orange rustic rind washed with b. linens and locally made Gravenstein apple cider. Shelburne Farms

Steve-N-Sons Grassfield Cheese

Grassfields offers raw, cow’s milk, artisan cheese: Gouda, Country Dill, Garlic 'n Onion, Leyden, Edam (skim-milk), and Lamont Cheddar. Available on-farm, at various farmer's markets in West Michigan, and seasonally (winter) shipped nationally.

Uplands Cheese

Pleasant Ridge Reserve is a seasonal Alpine style cheese, made May through September from raw, grass-fed, cow’s milk. Cave aged from 4 to 18 months. Sold nationally, primarily to cheese shops, specialty markets and restaurants.
